About the Trainer

Qualification:

  1. RYT 500 from the yoga alliance.
  2. Certified from Ministry of Ayush ( LEVEL 1 and 3)
  3. Prenatal and postnatal certified

Skills and achievements:

  1. National Power lifter 3 times Gold medalist.
  2. CrossFit champion 2 times.
  3. Specialized in weight training, power lifting, Props yoga, intermediate to advanced yoga, vinyasa yoga, ashtang yoga, hatha yoga, power yoga, movement flow, pranayam and meditation.
