Tuesday

8:00 AM – 9:00 AMĀ 

(Optional Batch – Based on Demand)

Wednesday

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM

Friday

8:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Pilates + 10–15 mins Circuit Training / HIIT

Important Notes

Friday includes Circuit Training / HIIT after Pilates for fat loss, endurance & conditioning

Batches with low attendance may pause, so regular participation helps keep your preferred timing active

About the Trainer

I am a certified Pilates coach and Pilates faculty in National Institute of Fitness Studies. I conduct Pilates Certification Course in NIFS. I have done my CPT course from

  1. EREPS… European Register of Exercise Professionals.Ā 
  2. FSSA….Fitness and Sports Sciences Association
  3. NIFS….National Institute of Fitness Studies.
  1. I have completed Skill India (level 4) from Govt of India.

  2. I have achieved ‘Healthy Lifestyle Promoter programme ‘certificate from Govt of India and FSSA.

  3. I have completed ‘Flexibility and mobility ‘ certification from NIFS.

  4. I have done ‘Weight Management specialist ‘ course from ACE..American council on exercise and International Health and fitness Association .

  5. I am a strength and conditioning couch ..certified by FSSA.

  6. I completed ‘Senior Citizen Exercise ‘ Course from NIFS

  7. I did Nutrition course from NIFS.

  8. I am a certified zumba trainer .
